The contract supports integration of the LRSO weapon system onto the B-52 Stratofortress aircraft as part of the Air Force’s modernization activities.

V2X will produce carriage equipment used for the LRSO system, with the work delivered under the Enterprise-Wide Agile Acquisition Contract IDIQ framework supporting U.S. defense programs.

V2X said the award expands its involvement in defense programs supporting mission readiness and military modernization efforts.
