  • United Therapeutics announced upcoming ESC and ERS 2026 presentations covering ralinepag and treprostinil clinical programs.
  • The presentations include Phase 3 data analyses from ADVANCE OUTCOMES and TETON studies in pulmonary diseases.
  • The company said the data will provide additional information on investigational treatments for PAH, IPF, and PH-ILD.

United Therapeutics (NASDAQ:UTHR) announced eight presentations at the 2026 European Society of Cardiology and European Respiratory Society congresses covering investigational therapies for pulmonary arterial hypertension and other lung diseases.

The presentations include analyses from the Phase 3 ADVANCE OUTCOMES study of ralinepag in pulmonary arterial hypertension and the Phase 3 TETON program evaluating nebulized treprostinil in idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis.

The company said ADVANCE OUTCOMES analyses include results on clinical improvement with ralinepag in lower-risk PAH patients and reduced clinical worsening in PAH patients with connective tissue disease, while TETON analyses include lung function and clinical worsening assessments for nebulized treprostinil.

The company stated that ralinepag and nebulized treprostinil remain investigational for pulmonary arterial hypertension and idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis respectively.

Additional presentations include interim ARTISAN study data evaluating parenteral treprostinil in PAH patients and preliminary PHINDER study data focused on improving screening for pulmonary hypertension associated with interstitial lung disease.

United Therapeutics also submitted a New Drug Application for ralinepag in PAH and a supplemental New Drug Application for nebulized treprostinil in IPF to the U.S. FDA in June 2026.
