TOMI Environmental Solutions (NASDAQ:TOMZ) reported preliminary third-quarter 2026 revenue of $2.5 million, up 27% from the same quarter a year earlier and 13% from Q2 2026.

The company said the quarter marked its fourth consecutive period of sequential revenue growth and expects preliminary gross margin to exceed the second-quarter level.

As of September 30, recognized year-to-date revenue plus the full open order book totaled $9 million, while open orders reached $2.5 million compared with $2.2 million at the end of Q2.

TOMI said it expects full-year BIT Solution sales to exceed 2025 levels and projects fourth-quarter and continued profitability, while its $12 million 2026 revenue target remains conditional.

The company said its order book continues to support revenue visibility across equipment, services and automated project categories as it moves through the final quarter of 2026.

TOMI also continues evaluating potential merger candidates as part of its broader strategic review.
