TOMI Environmental Solutions (NASDAQ:TOMZ), a global provider of disinfection and decontamination essentials, announced preliminary unaudited financial results for the first quarter of 2026 on April 8, highlighting a 67% sequential revenue increase over the fourth quarter of 2025.
The company reported first-quarter revenue of approximately $1.7 million.
When combining realized sales with current open orders, the total reach for the quarter stands at approximately $3.36 million.
The performance was spearheaded by a 139% year-over-year surge in applicator sales, which already surpassed the total number of applicators sold in the entirety of the previous fiscal year.
The growth is supported by an expanding integrated project pipeline, which rose to $5.3 million across 14 diverse customers.
TOMI confirmed that approximately half of this pipeline is already secured through formal purchase orders or signed contracts, providing clear visibility into the company's near-term revenue trajectory.
Meanwhile, segment performance showed BIT™ Solution sales—the proprietary chemical used in SteraMist systems—reaching approximately $427,000 for the quarter.
The company’s iHP® Corporate Service division also saw strong momentum, with orders totaling $729,000, including a new $440,000 annual purchase order for recurring decontamination services.
The jump in applicator sales is particularly significant for TOMI, as each new hardware installation typically drives high-margin, recurring sales of the BIT™ Solution over the life of the equipment.
