Revenue declined 1% at constant exchange rates, while core operating profit increased 11.2% at actual exchange rates and 0.7% at constant exchange rates.

“The launches of ORZEYFUL and MIMRYLO, combined with the acceptance of zasocitinib under Priority Review and its positive head-to-head Phase 3 data, represent a significant moment for Takeda and reflect strong execution against our two-horizon growth strategy,” said Takeda President and Chief Executive Officer Julie Kim.

Reported operating profit rose 60.4% at actual exchange rates, core earnings per share increased 10.5% to ¥308, and adjusted free cash flow reached ¥325.7 billion.

Takeda said the FDA accepted zasocitinib for Priority Review and the European Medicines Agency is reviewing the application, while the company plans to outline its growth strategy at a Capital Markets Day in Tokyo on December 11, 2026.
