Taboola (NASDAQ:TBLA) announced an offer to acquire Dianomi, a digital advertising provider specializing in business, finance and lifestyle advertising.
The proposed acquisition would expand Taboola’s advertising capabilities by adding Dianomi’s premium publisher network and finance-focused audience solutions to its Realize performance advertising platform.
Dianomi provides advertisers access to business and finance audiences through partnerships with hundreds of premium publishers, including Reuters, CNN Business, The Times and The Wall Street Journal, with more than 600 advertisers and publishers using its platform.
Taboola provides digital advertising technology that helps brands reach audiences across publisher websites using AI, first-party data and advertising tools.
The acquisition is expected to close before the end of 2026, subject to regulatory approvals and Dianomi shareholder approval, with Taboola planning to integrate Dianomi’s capabilities into its advertising ecosystem.
