Subscription revenue rose 3% to $194.8 million from $188.5 million a year earlier, while GAAP operating income declined to $10 million from $16.3 million and GAAP diluted earnings per share fell to $0.03 from $0.05.
Sprinklr reported non-GAAP operating income of $31.3 million, non-GAAP operating margin of 15%, net cash provided by operating activities of $18.2 million, free cash flow of $13.1 million, and total cash, cash equivalents, and marketable securities of $452.9 million.
Sprinklr expects third-quarter fiscal 2027 subscription revenue of $196 million–$197 million and total revenue of $215 million–$216 million.
