SOLAI acquires controlling stake in NEURALAND for $9.18M

Share

SOLAI (NYSE:SLAI) has completed the acquisition of a 51 percent controlling stake in NEURALAND, a Singapore-based technology firm specializing in the design and manufacturing of personal artificial intelligence nodes.

The transaction marks a direct operational push for the company into the expanding market for specialized hardware tailored for decentralized AI and edge computing.

To satisfy the terms of the transaction, SOLAI issued 1,162,025,300 new Class A shares to seller AIPICO Global.

The shares were issued at a price of US$0.0079 per share, which corresponds to an implied price of US$0.79 per American Depositary Share (ADS).

The total equity consideration for the majority holding is valued at approximately US$9.18 million.

NEURALAND's core business centers on personal AI node architecture, an emerging computing segment designed to process machine learning workflows locally on consumer hardware rather than relying exclusively on centralized cloud data networks.

The acquisition provides SOLAI with direct access to proprietary hardware designs, manufacturing infrastructure, and technical expertise located within Southeast Asia’s technology ecosystem.
