
SAP acquires TechWolf for workforce intelligence
- SAP (NYSE:SAP) agreed to acquire TechWolf to expand its enterprise workforce technology and artificial intelligence capabilities.
- TechWolf will serve as an intelligent core for SAP (NYSE:SAP) SuccessFactors while remaining available to non-SAP enterprise software customers.
- The acquisition transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026 subject to customary regulatory approvals.

The technology firm confirmed that TechWolf will remain an independent business unit based in Ghent under Chief Executive Officer Andreas De Neve.
SAP develops enterprise application software, enterprise resource planning systems, and cloud management solutions globally.
The companies plan to co-develop new AI-powered workforce optimization products following the transaction close in late 2026.
