The 4.8% top-line sales expansion was supported by sustained demand across its specialty coatings and sealants divisions.
Fiscal 2027 full-year outlook projects sales and adjusted EBITDA to increase in the mid-single-digit range.
The manufacturer achieved record adjusted diluted earnings per share of $1.98, representing a 5.3% improvement compared to the prior-year period.
Following the announcement, RPM International's share price was up at $99.19.
RPM International manufactures high-performance specialty chemical coatings, sealants, building materials, and related equipment services globally.
The company projects second-quarter fiscal 2027 sales and adjusted EBITDA growth in the low- to mid-single-digit range.
