Robo.ai (NASDAQ:AIIO) reported preliminary revenue of more than US$180 million for the three-month period from June through August 2026 following its acquisition of Quantum Core Capital (QC Capital).

The company stated that QC Capital primarily contributed the reported revenue after the acquisition closed on June 15, 2026, marking the first reporting period including the acquired business.

The reported revenue figures are preliminary and unaudited, and Robo.ai stated that the results may be adjusted after financial closing and review procedures, while consideration shares related to the QC Capital acquisition remain subject to a phased, revenue-linked release mechanism.

Robo.ai stated that it continues to focus on integrating QC Capital and developing technology platforms.
