This contrasts with US$0.6 million reported last year, as net income reached US$46.7 million against a prior US$2.2 million loss.
The recent QC Capital acquisition generated the majority of this growth by contributing US$54.4 million in revenue.
Shareholders' equity reached US$95.8 million from a previous US$116.1 million deficit, aided by shares settling convertible notes.
Following the announcement, Robo.ai's share price was down at $2.79.
Management described the period as a structural reset following the disposal of its legacy ICONIQ business.
The company further expanded its technology assets during this restructuring phase by acquiring Neurovia AI in May 2026.
