PodcastOne (NASDAQ:PODC) reported record first-quarter fiscal 2027 revenue of $16.1 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, up 8% year-over-year, with adjusted EBITDA increasing to $1.6 million.
The company’s adjusted EBITDA increased 172% from the prior-year period, while net loss narrowed as PodcastOne continued expanding its podcast network and creator partnerships.
PodcastOne reported a net loss of $1.6 million, or $0.05 per share, and ended June 30, 2026 with $7 million in cash and cash equivalents, total assets of $38.3 million and stockholders’ equity of $24.9 million.
The company reported that June 2026 performance included more than 18 million downloads and streams and 6 million unique listeners, while the platform reached a No. 6 Podtrac ranking.
PodcastOne also expanded its creator portfolio through acquisitions including The Magnificent Others with Billy Corgan and Life Happens with Barb and Michelle during the quarter.
