
Pasithea to reveal PAS-004 NF1 trial data
- Pasithea Therapeutics (NASDAQ:KTTA) will present initial clinical data from its PAS-004 Phase 1/1b trial in adults with neurofibromatosis type 1 (NF1).
- The data will be presented at the 2026 European Neurofibromatosis Conference in Vienna from November 12–14, 2026.
- The presentations will include results from cutaneous neurofibroma and plexiform neurofibroma patient groups in Part A of the study.
Pasithea Therapeutics (NASDAQ:KTTA) announced that it will present initial clinical data from Part A of its ongoing Phase 1/1b trial evaluating PAS-004 in adults with neurofibromatosis type 1 (NF1).
The data will be presented at the 2026 European Neurofibromatosis Conference in Vienna, Austria, taking place November 12–14, 2026.
PAS-004 is a next-generation macrocyclic oral MEK inhibitor being developed as a potential long-term treatment option for chronic diseases, including NF1-associated neurofibromas.
The upcoming conference presentations will represent the first public disclosure of clinical data from the PAS-004 trial’s Part A portion.
Data related to cutaneous neurofibromas (CN) will be presented in an oral session, while plexiform neurofibroma (PN) data will be presented in a poster session.
The oral presentation will be delivered by Rebecca Brown, MD, from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, during the “Clinical Session 3: Visible Manifestations in Neurofibromatosis” session on November 13, 2026.
Pasithea CEO Tiago Reis Marques will present the PN-focused poster during the November 12 poster session.
The company plans to issue a follow-up announcement containing detailed clinical results when the presentations are delivered.
