Pasithea Therapeutics (NASDAQ:KTTA) expanded its Phase 1/1b PAS-004 clinical trial protocol to evaluate higher 24mg and 32mg dose levels.

The clinical-stage biotechnology company previously completed enrollment across its initial lower dose cohorts ranging from 4mg to 18mg.

The updated protocol expands magnetic resonance imaging alongside detailed tumor height and volume measurements while extending patient treatment up to 18 months.

The company remains on track to release its next interim neurofibromatosis type 1 data update during the fourth quarter of 2026.

The oncology platform previously secured a $60 million public offering in late 2025 to extend its corporate cash runway into 2028.
