Honeywell declares quarterly dividend following strong Q1 adjusted earnings
Honeywell (NASDAQ:HON) announced on Monday, April 27, 2026, that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $1.19 per share.
The dividend is payable on June 5, 2026, to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 15, 2026.
This announcement reinforces Honeywell’s position as a reliable income generator, marking 42 consecutive years of dividend payments.
The dividend declaration follows Honeywell’s first-quarter 2026 earnings report released last week, in which the company posted an 11% year-over-year increase in adjusted earnings per share (EPS) to $2.45.
Despite a slight miss on total revenue—reporting $9.14 billion against an expected $9.28 billion—the company saw strong organic growth in its Building Automation and Aerospace segments.
