
Newmark completes Altus advisory acquisition

Newmark (NASDAQ:NMRK) completed the acquisition of the Development Advisory business of Altus Group, adding approximately 335 professionals to its Project Management business within the Occupier Solutions platform.
The acquired business provides development advisory services including feasibility analysis, project strategy, cost assessment, and risk analysis for real estate owners, investors, and developers.
Newmark said the transaction follows its March 2026 acquisition of Altus Group’s Canadian Appraisal business and expands its real estate advisory operations across multiple regions.
The company reported more than $3.6 billion in revenue for the twelve months ended June 30, 2026.
Newmark provides commercial real estate advisory, transaction, and management services for clients worldwide.
As of June 30, 2026, Newmark operated from more than 195 offices with over 10,000 professionals across four continents.
