Nebius Group (NASDAQ:NBIS) reported second-quarter 2026 revenue of $582.3 million, up 454% year-over-year, as the company expanded its AI infrastructure business and exceeded analyst revenue estimates.
Revenue increased from $105.1 million in Q2 2025, while the company’s annual recurring revenue reached $3 billion at the end of June 2026, up from $1.9 billion in March.
Nebius reported adjusted EBITDA of $236.2 million, compared with a loss of $21 million a year earlier, while adjusted loss per share was $0.68 and GAAP net loss from continuing operations was $190.4 million.
The company increased its end-of-2026 capacity guidance to 5 GW and reported quarterly capital expenditures of $5.66 billion as it invests in AI infrastructure expansion.
Meanwhile, Nebius maintained its full-year 2026 revenue guidance of $3 billion to $3.4 billion and continued expanding its AI cloud infrastructure capacity to meet customer demand.
The company operates AI infrastructure services, including cloud computing capacity and data center resources, with its growth strategy focused on supporting artificial intelligence workloads.
