Nebius Group (NASDAQ:NBIS) announced a strategic collaboration with Nvidia (NASDAQ:NVDA) to accelerate the development of physical artificial intelligence, providing a unified platform for the entire robotics lifecycle.

The partnership integrates Nebius’s global AI cloud infrastructure with the Nvidia Physical AI Data Factory Blueprint, an open reference architecture designed to handle the massive data generation and evaluation required for sophisticated autonomous systems.

The joint initiative targets two of the most persistent bottlenecks in the robotics industry: fragmented infrastructure and the scarcity of high-quality training data.

By utilizing an agent-driven environment, the platform allows developers to simulate, train, and deploy robots at scale.

This approach is particularly focused on generating data for rare or unpredictable "edge cases"—scenarios that are difficult to capture in the real world but are essential for the safe and successful operation of physical AI in complex environments.

This collaboration marks another deepening of ties between the two companies, following Nvidia’s recent equity investment in the AI cloud provider.
