Revenue growth included an approximately 110-basis-point positive impact from foreign exchange, while non-GAAP operating income increased to $61.1 million from $45.1 million.
Non-GAAP operating margin increased to 17% from 15%, despite an approximately 210-basis-point negative foreign exchange impact, while GAAP diluted earnings per share rose to $0.08.
monday.com generated $55.4 million in operating cash flow and $52.3 million in adjusted free cash flow during Q2 2026, compared with $66.8 million and $64.1 million respectively in the prior-year quarter.
The company’s non-GAAP diluted earnings per share increased to $1.48 from $1.09 a year earlier, reflecting higher operating income and continued financial performance improvements.
