
monday.com hits record operating income, launches native AI agents
monday.com (NASDAQ:MNDY) reported first-quarter 2026 revenue of $351.3 million, marking a 24% increase year-over-year.
The results reflect a successful shift toward consumption-based pricing and the rapid rollout of its "AI Work Platform," which now features native agents capable of executing complex workflows autonomously.
The company achieved record profitability during the quarter, with GAAP operating income rising to $19.8 million, up from $9.8 million in the prior-year period.
Non-GAAP operating income reached $49 million, representing a 14% margin.
Net income climbed to $28 million, or $1.15 per diluted share on an adjusted basis, significantly outperforming the Wall Street consensus of $0.96 per share.
The quarter was defined by strong momentum in the enterprise segment, with the company reporting record net additions of customers with more than $500,000 in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
Following the Q1 beat, monday.com raised its full-year 2026 outlook.
The company now expects total revenue between $1.466 billion and $1.474 billion, up from previous estimates.
For the second quarter, revenue is projected at $354 million to $356 million.
