The payout remains unchanged from the company’s first two 2026 quarterly dividends of $0.69, after the dividend was reduced from $1.37 in February.

Shareholders must be on LyondellBasell’s record as of August 24, 2026, which the company also identified as the ex-dividend date.

The latest dividend maintains the reduced payout level introduced as LyondellBasell responded to challenging conditions across the chemicals and petrochemicals industry.

LyondellBasell reported second-quarter 2026 net income of $559 million on sales and other operating revenue of $9.18 billion.

The company paid $1.38 per share in common dividends during the first six months of 2026, totaling about $448 million.
