Korn Ferry (NYSE:KFY) reported fiscal first quarter 2027 fee revenue of $756.5 million, increasing 7% year over year at both actual and constant currency rates.

The company reported its sixth consecutive quarter of year-over-year fee revenue growth, with increases across all regions led by Search and Workforce Solutions growth of 10% and 11%, respectively.

Estimated remaining fees under existing contracts reached $1.9 billion at the end of the quarter, up 14% year over year, while net income attributable to Korn Ferry increased to $69 million.

Adjusted EBITDA increased 7% to $128.2 million, representing a 17% margin, while diluted EPS increased 5% to $1.32 and adjusted diluted EPS increased 9% to $1.43.
