Korn Ferry (NYSE:KFY) completed its acquisition of UK-headquartered AMS from OMERS Private Equity, adding technology-enabled talent solutions to its global consulting platform.

The acquisition combines Korn Ferry’s existing services with AMS capabilities, creating a business with nearly 17,000 employees across more than 130 offices worldwide.

Under the transaction terms, Korn Ferry paid approximately £473 million and $326 million in cash, including payments to sellers, repayment of AMS debt, and other transaction obligations, while also issuing 3,118,628 shares of Korn Ferry common stock.

The company said AMS adds operational capabilities and long-term contracted client relationships.

Korn Ferry provides organizational consulting, executive search, recruitment process outsourcing, and talent management services for businesses worldwide.

The acquisition expands Korn Ferry’s portfolio of workforce solutions by combining its consulting services with AMS’s technology-enabled talent delivery capabilities.
