Klarna Q2 revenue grows 27% to $1.04 billion

Klarna Group (NYSE:KLAR) reported Q2 2026 revenue of $1.042 billion, up 27% year over year, as GMV increased 18% to $36.6 billion.

Transaction margin dollars increased 42% to $446 million, while adjusted operating income rose 214% to $91 million from $29 million a year earlier.

Operating income reached $27 million versus a $46 million loss, while provisions for credit losses improved to 0.52% of GMV from 0.56%.

Following the announcement, Klarna Group's share price was down 6.06% at $19.51 in premarket trading.

Klarna had more than 120 million active consumers, up 8%, while its merchant network expanded 54% to more than 1.2 million.

Klarna now forecasts 2026 GMV of $149–$151 billion, revenue of $4.08–$4.16 billion and adjusted operating income of $280–$300 million.
