Kaspi.kz (NASDAQ:KSPI) announced it completed the acquisition of Rabobank A.Ş. to expand its digital banking operations for its regional network of 25 million consumers.

The finalized transaction follows the initial regulatory approval granted by the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency of Türkiye in late June 2026.

The company noted the acquisition secures a fully licensed commercial banking platform to deploy its financial technology solutions for a network of approximately 900,000 merchants.

Following the announcement, Kaspi.kz's share price was unchanged at $87.48.

The transaction strengthens the regional ecosystem of the Kazakhstan-based business, which already operates a mobile application driving 77 monthly transactions per active consumer.

The banking expansion builds upon the company's existing footprint in the country, which includes an 86.74% ownership stake in the Turkish e-commerce platform Hepsiburada.
