iHuman (NYSE:IH) reported second-quarter 2026 financial results, with revenue and user numbers declining while the company moved to a net loss compared with the prior-year period.

The company reported revenue of RMB173.4 million, down from RMB210.9 million a year earlier.

Gross profit declined to RMB111.2 million from RMB140.6 million, while net results shifted to a loss of RMB17.5 million compared with net income of RMB30.7 million in the prior-year period.

iHuman’s operating results moved to a RMB20.8 million loss from RMB18.3 million in operating income a year earlier.

The company’s average total monthly active users declined to 20.72 million from 23.97 million.

Gross margin narrowed to 64.1% from 66.7%, while operating expenses increased 7.9% to RMB132.0 million.

As of June 30, 2026, iHuman reported RMB1,007.4 million in cash, cash equivalents, and short-term investments, compared with RMB1,154.2 million at the end of 2025.

During June 2026, iHuman acquired All Knowledge and certain Perfect Lingo assets from entities under common control.

The company said prior-year financial results and user metrics were adjusted to include All Knowledge for comparison purposes.
