The company said gross profit was RMB122 million, with a gross margin of 66.8%, indicating stable unit economics despite weaker top-line performance.
Operating expenses increased 8.1% to RMB132.1 million, driven mainly by higher sales and marketing costs, while the company reported an operating loss of RMB10.1 million.
Net income for the quarter was RMB4.5 million, supported by non-operating factors despite weaker operating performance.
Average total monthly active users declined to 23.62 million during the period, reflecting lower engagement compared with prior quarters.
The company said it continued to advance its AI strategy, launched new content offerings, and integrated recent acquisitions, including All Knowledge and Perfect Lingo.
