Hafnia (NYSE:HAFN) reported second-quarter 2026 net profit of $277.8 million, or $0.56 per share, compared with $75.3 million, or $0.15 per share, in the prior-year quarter as tanker earnings increased.

The results reflected higher shipping rates, with Time Charter Equivalent earnings rising to $372.9 million from $231.2 million in the second quarter of 2025 and average TCE earnings reaching $44,093 per day.

Hafnia reported adjusted EBITDA of $287.3 million compared with $134.2 million a year earlier, while fee-based businesses generated $8.8 million in earnings and 80% of total fleet earning days were covered for third-quarter 2026 at $30,716 per day as of August 17, 2026.

The company stated that it will distribute $250 million in dividends, equal to $0.5003 per share and a 90% payout ratio.

At the end of the second quarter, Hafnia reported net asset value of approximately $4.4 billion, or $8.89 per share, and operated a diversified fleet of more than 100 product tanker vessels.

For the first half of 2026, Hafnia reported net profit of $457.5 million, compared with $138.5 million in the first half of 2025, while adjusted EBITDA increased to $486 million from $259.3 million.
