GameSquare projects strong Q2 momentum, reaffirms FY 2026 guidance
GameSquare Holdings (NASDAQ:GAME) issued a shareholder update today projecting significant growth for the second quarter of 2026.
The company anticipates quarterly revenue will increase by over 137% to at least $18.5 million, representing a sequential increase of more than 27% over its first-quarter 2026 reported revenue and a 17% increase over its first-quarter 2026 proforma revenue.
This momentum follows a productive first quarter for the company, during which it reported $14.5 million in revenue—a 95% year-over-year increase.
Management attributed the accelerating second-quarter performance to strong brand and publisher demand across its end-to-end creator platform, as well as the successful integration of recent strategic acquisitions, including the Click talent division and TubeBuddy.
Building on its first-half performance and current sales pipeline, GameSquare reaffirmed its previously announced financial guidance for the full 2026 fiscal year.
While the company expects Proforme revenue to be between $85 million to $90 million, gross margin is expected to range between 35% to 40%.
