FactSet (NYSE:FDS) reported fourth-quarter fiscal 2026 revenue of $634.7 million for the period ended August 31, 2026, with subscription growth contributing to higher revenue while GAAP earnings declined.

The company’s quarterly revenue increased 6.3% year over year, while diluted earnings per share fell 15.4% to $3.41 and adjusted diluted EPS increased 11.6% to $4.52 compared with the prior-year period.

FactSet reported organic annual subscription value of $2,568.2 million, representing 7% growth excluding acquisition and currency impacts, while full-year revenue increased 6.7% to $2.48 billion and free cash flow rose 14.6% to $707.5 million.

During fiscal 2026, FactSet returned $808 million to shareholders through capital return activities, while GAAP diluted EPS declined 6.3% to $14.57 for the full year.

For fiscal 2027, FactSet expects revenue between $2.60 billion and $2.625 billion, GAAP diluted EPS of $17.00 to $17.50 and organic subscription value growth of 5.0% to 6.5%, according to company guidance.
