FactSet (NYSE:FDS) reported third-quarter fiscal 2026 revenue of $622.9 million, representing a 6.4% increase year over year with 7% organic revenue growth.

The result compares with steady subscription-driven demand in financial data and analytics services, where recurring annual subscription value remained a key performance driver.

The company reported organic annual subscription value of $2.49 billion, up 7.1%, reflecting continued client retention and expansion across institutional customers.

FactSet posted GAAP diluted earnings per share of $3.50, while adjusted diluted EPS increased 6.1% to $4.53.

During the period under review, FactSet returned $243.4 million to shareholders through dividends and share repurchases.

The company also raised its quarterly dividend to $1.16 per share and reaffirmed full-year fiscal 2026 guidance.

Elsewhere, FactSet appointed Joshua B. Warren as Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately, as part of its ongoing executive leadership transition.
