
Embraer revenue hits $2.24 billion record
- Embraer reported Q2 2026 revenue of $2.235 billion, up 23% year over year and the company’s highest second-quarter revenue level.
- Adjusted EBIT reached $296.9 million with a 13.3% margin, while adjusted free cash flow without Eve reached $401.0 million.
- Embraer raised its 2026 adjusted EBIT margin outlook to 10.0%–10.6% and adjusted free cash flow target to at least $400 million.
Embraer (NYSE:EMBJ) reported Q2 2026 revenue of $2.235 billion, up 23% year over year, as aircraft deliveries increased and firm order backlog reached a record $34.5 billion.
The revenue increase compared with Q2 2025 came as Embraer delivered 65 aircraft during the quarter, up 7% year over year, while maintaining its delivery and revenue guidance ranges for 2026.
Adjusted EBIT increased to $296.9 million from the prior-year period, resulting in a 13.3% margin compared with 10.5% in Q2 2025, while the company raised its adjusted EBIT margin outlook to 10.0%–10.6%.
Meanwhile, Embraer generated adjusted free cash flow excluding Eve of $401 million in Q2, exceeding its previous full-year target of at least $200 million, and said the revised outlook includes a $68 million extraordinary tax credit and $38 million from U.S. tariff exemptions.
The company’s firm order backlog increased more than 16% year over year to $34.5 billion, supported by demand across its commercial aviation, executive aviation, defence and services businesses.
