Ducommun wins $35 million PAC-3 contract

• Ducommun received a follow-on agreement valued at more than $35 million for PAC-3 missile electronic assemblies.

Ducommun (NYSE:DCO) received a follow-on agreement valued at more than $35 million from Simmonds Precision Products to provide electronic assemblies for Lockheed Martin’s PAC-3 missile family.

The agreement extends Ducommun’s existing PAC-3 missile program work as demand continues for defense electronics and missile systems.

The work will be performed at Ducommun’s engineering and manufacturing performance center in Tulsa, Oklahoma, with the company linking the agreement to expansion of its defense business under its VISION 2027 Strategy.

Ducommun said the agreement supports continued participation in the PAC-3 missile franchise and its broader defense manufacturing operations.

Ducommun provides engineering and manufacturing services for aerospace, defense, industrial, and medical markets, producing electronic and structural components for various applications.

The company has been expanding its defense-related activities through programs involving military aircraft, missile systems, and other aerospace platforms.
