Ducommun (NYSE:DCO) reported record Q2 2026 revenue of $224.5 million, up 12%, with a record 28.0% gross margin.
Net income rose 60% to $20.4 million, while adjusted EBITDA increased 21% to $38.4 million.
Remaining performance obligations reached $1.2 billion, bookings were $309.7 million, and operating cash flow increased to $33.5 million.
Ducommun said destocking pressures may ease gradually.
Electronic Systems revenue increased to $131.4 million, while Structural Systems revenue reached $93.1 million.
Ducommun said its 17.1% adjusted EBITDA margin moved closer to its VISION 2027 target of 18%, while long-term debt declined to $271.4 million.
