
Donaldson sales hit $1.1 billion as growth reaches 8%

Donaldson Company (NYSE:DCI) reported fiscal fourth-quarter 2026 sales of $1.1 billion, up 8% year over year, with GAAP earnings per share increasing to $1.10.
The company’s adjusted EPS reached $1.15, up 11.7% year over year, including $0.06 of dilution from its Facet acquisition, while fiscal 2026 full-year sales increased 5.3% to $3.9 billion.
Donaldson reported that Industrial Solutions improved operational performance with a 300 basis point sequential increase in earnings before tax margin, while Facet contributed approximately $30 million in sales and improved enterprise gross margin mix.
The company returned approximately $37 million to shareholders through dividends during the quarter and paid down $102 million of Facet-related debt, while completing the Facet acquisition during fiscal 2026.
Donaldson reported full-year fiscal 2026 GAAP net earnings of $453.8 million, compared with $367 million in fiscal 2025, and stated that it expects fiscal 2027 sales growth of 5.5%–9.5% and EPS between $4.22 and $4.38.
