
Donaldson (NYSE:DCI), a global leader in filtration technology and solutions, on Thursday reported GAAP net earnings of $92.5 million for its second quarter of fiscal 2026 ended January 31, 2026, compared with $95.9 million in the prior-year period.
The Minneapolis-based company said earnings per share were $0.78, down slightly from $0.79 in the second quarter of fiscal 2025.
Results included $6.7 million of pre-tax, non-recurring net charges, similar to $6.6 million in the prior year.
Excluding these non-recurring items, adjusted net earnings were $97.5 million, or $0.83 per share, compared with $101 million, or $0.83 per share, a year ago.
The flat adjusted EPS reflects resilient demand for Donaldson’s portfolio of engine and industrial filtration products, including air, liquid, and process filtration solutions serving mobile equipment, on-highway trucks, industrial applications, and aftermarket replacement filters.
