Descartes Systems Group (NASDAQ:DSGX) acquired Extensiv, a California-based provider of AI-enabled warehouse management and omnichannel fulfillment solutions, for approximately $120 million.

The transaction was funded from cash on hand and expands Descartesโ€™ capabilities across inventory management, warehouse operations, and ecommerce fulfillment markets.
