Descartes Systems Group (NASDAQ:DSGX) said it has acquired Drivin, a Latin American last-mile delivery management platform, in a cash transaction worth approximately $30 million.
The agreement also includes a potential additional $5 million earn-out based on revenue performance targets through fiscal 2029.
Descartes said the acquisition strengthens its Global Logistics Network and expands its AI-enabled logistics and delivery optimization capabilities.
Drivin provides software used to manage last-mile delivery operations, route optimization, and logistics tracking across Latin America.
The company said the deal enhances its ability to serve global supply chain customers with more integrated delivery solutions.
