Cosmos Health reports $20 million contract pipeline

Cosmos Health (NASDAQ:COSM) reported more than $20 million in implied revenue from Cana Laboratories’ contract manufacturing pipeline, based on management estimates over the expected duration of agreements.

The pipeline exceeds 32.7 million units and represents more than $18 million in implied gross profit at estimated gross margins above 90%, with agreements averaging approximately four years and some extending up to ten years.

Cosmos Health said the current pipeline represents approximately $5 million in implied annual revenue and $4.5 million in implied annual gross profit, while the estimates are not recognized revenue or GAAP profit.

Cosmos Health operates healthcare businesses including pharmaceutical distribution, contract manufacturing, and health-related products through its subsidiaries.

The company said the contract manufacturing pipeline increased 31% since June, including 7.7 million units added through two new long-term agreements signed in September, and forms part of its previously disclosed 2029 guidance.
