Cosmos Health (NASDAQ:COSM), a diversified global healthcare group, has announced record-breaking financial results for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025.

The company reported annual revenue of $65.27 million, representing a 20% increase year-over-year.

More significantly, the firm’s focus on high-margin product lines and operational efficiency resulted in a gross profit of $7.90 million—an 83% jump from the previous year—with gross margins expanding by 418 basis points to reach 12.10%.

The growth was largely propelled by the company's proprietary brands and its expanding manufacturing footprint.

Cosmos highlighted contract manufacturing agreements exceeding 12 million units and reported more than 300,000 purchase orders for its Sky Premium Life brand.

While the company recorded a net loss of $19.14 million for the year, its balance sheet strengthened significantly, with cash reserves rising to $3.46 million and total assets reaching $65.48 million.

Beyond traditional healthcare, Cosmos Health has made a bold move into modern treasury management.

The company recently secured a $300 million financing facility specifically dedicated to building a digital asset treasury.
