Titan America (NYSE:TTAM) announced today its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2025, highlighting a period of sustained growth and operational efficiency.

The company, a major integrated producer of cement, aggregates, and ready-mix concrete, reported fourth-quarter revenue of $405.7 million, a 4.1% increase over the $389.8 million recorded in the same period last year.

This steady top-line growth was supported by resilient infrastructure spending and steady residential demand across its core Atlantic markets.

The company’s profitability metrics saw even more pronounced gains, driven by strategic pricing and improved supply chain management.

Net income for the quarter surged 19.1% to $43.5 million, compared to $36.5 million in Q4 2024.

This resulted in a net income margin of 10.7%, up from 9.4% a year ago.

On a per-share basis, earnings grew to $0.24, reflecting the company’s ability to convert increased sales into high-quality bottom-line returns for shareholders.

Adjusted EBITDA for the quarter climbed 12.2% to $93.7 million, with the adjusted EBITDA margin expanding to 23.1%.

Management attributed this margin expansion to the company’s "Green Growth" initiatives, which include the increased use of lower-carbon cements and investments in digital terminal automation that have optimized logistics costs.
