ChipMOS Q3 revenue hits record $263.8 million

ChipMOS (NASDAQ:IMOS) reported unaudited third-quarter 2026 revenue of NT$8,400.8 million, or $263.8 million, representing a company quarterly record.

Revenue increased 13.8% from the second quarter of 2026 and 36.7% from the third quarter of 2025, extending growth across both comparison periods.

ChipMOS said sustained AI-related demand continued to exceed available memory supply, supporting higher utilization across its memory and storage operations.

September revenue reached NT$2,792.0 million, or $87.7 million, increasing 0.2% from August and 33.8% from September 2025.

ChipMOS said it is deploying additional capacity to support existing customer forecasts and long-term supply agreements as memory supply constraints persist.

The company continues investing in manufacturing footprint expansion as demand broadens across most of the memory and storage markets it serves.

ChipMOS provides semiconductor testing and assembly services, with its latest quarterly revenue growth reflecting increased activity tied to memory products and AI-related computing demand.
