Following the announcement, BrightSpring Health Services share price was up at $69.37.
Looking ahead, management raised its full-year 2026 revenue guidance to a range of $15.1 billion to $15.425 billion, projecting 17.0% to 19.5% growth.
The company also completed a $60 million repurchase of 1,026,465 shares alongside a secondary offering during the quarter.
