Brady (NYSE:BRC) reported record fiscal 2026 results with revenue of $1.66 billion, up 9.8% year over year, and net income of $205.4 million.
Fourth-quarter fiscal 2026 net sales increased 10% to $436.9 million, including organic growth of 8.4%, while full-year sales growth was supported by 5.3% organic growth.
For fiscal 2026, Brady reported adjusted net income of $252.6 million, up 14.2%, adjusted diluted EPS of $5.29, up 15%, operating cash flow of $244.1 million, and returned $88.3 million to shareholders through dividends and share repurchases.
Brady expects fiscal 2027 adjusted diluted EPS of $6.25–$6.75 and stated that its Intelligent Productivity Solutions segment is expected to contribute about $0.80 of EPS accretion.
Brady provides identification, workplace safety, and productivity solutions for industrial, healthcare, and other business markets.
The company completed the acquisition of Honeywell Technologies’ Productivity Solutions and Services business on August 3, 2026, creating the Intelligent Productivity Solutions segment, and expects approximately $1.15 billion in IPS revenue for fiscal 2027.
