Honeywell (NASDAQ:HON) announced today that it has entered into a definitive agreement to sell its Productivity Solutions and Services (PSS) business to Brady Corporation (NYSE:BRC) for $1.4 billion in an all-cash transaction.

The deal, which represents a significant consolidation in the automated identification and data capture (AIDC) sector, is expected to close in the second half of 2026.

The PSS division is a prominent supplier of high-performance mobile computers, barcode scanners, and thermal printers used across global supply chains, healthcare, and retail environments.

In 2025, the business reported approximately $1.1 billion in revenue.

For Brady Corporation, the acquisition significantly expands its portfolio of identification and safety solutions, providing immediate scale in the digital tracking and hardware markets.
