Bank7 Corp. (NASDAQ:BSVN) agreed to acquire 100% of Century Financial Services Corporation, the parent company of Century Bank, under a definitive merger agreement announced September 17, 2026.

The transaction values Century shares through a combination of cash and stock consideration, with each Century common share expected to receive $210.41 in cash and 3.7052 Bank7 shares based on 332,683 Century shares outstanding.

The merger agreement includes $70 million in cash consideration and 1,232,657 Bank7 shares, with the combined organization expected to have approximately $3.3 billion in total assets after adding Century Bank’s June 30, 2026 balances.

Bank7 provides banking services through its community banking operations, while Century Bank operates as a financial institution serving customers in the Southwest region.

The transaction is structured as a tax-free reorganization and is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
