The financial performance resulted in a diluted earnings per share of $0.87, down from $1.16 in the second quarter of 2025.

Management explained that the quarterly bottom line was impacted by a non-recurring loss related to the sale of energy assets.

The company stated the asset sale followed the maximization of recovery efforts on a previously charged-off energy loan from 2023.

The business recorded a net interest income of $21.91 million.

Total assets grew 4.25 percent year-over-year to $1.91 billion, while the loan portfolio expanded 6.68 percent to reach $1.60 billion.

The bank remains well above regulatory capitalization thresholds, reporting a total risk-based capital ratio of 16.36 percent as of June 30.
