Baidu (NASDAQ:BIDU) reported Q2 2026 revenue of RMB31.3 billion, down 4% year over year and 2% sequentially.
Revenue missed analysts' RMB31.96 billion average estimate as weaker online advertising offset growth in AI-linked cloud services.
Baidu Core AI-powered Business revenue rose 25% to RMB12.5 billion, while AI Cloud Infra revenue increased 50% to RMB7.3 billion.
Operating income was RMB3 billion, net income reached RMB2.3 billion, and Baidu ended June with RMB283.1 billion in cash and investments.
Following the announcement, Baidu's share price was down 3.5% in premarket trading.
Baidu is pursuing a dual-primary Hong Kong listing conversion, with shareholders scheduled to consider related proposals on August 26, 2026.
