Axsome revenue grows 46% to $218.4 million

Axsome Therapeutics (NASDAQ:AXSM) reported Q2 2026 total net product revenue of $218.4 million, up 46% year over year, led by continued growth from AUVELITY.

AUVELITY generated $180.3 million of revenue, up 51%, while SUNOSI revenue increased 20% to $35.8 million and SYMBRAVO revenue reached $2.3 million.

Axsome said AUVELITY prescriptions totaled approximately 266,000 during Q2 as the company expanded commercialization across its approved indications.

Net loss widened to $51.3 million, or $0.99 per share, from $48 million a year earlier, while selling, general and administrative expenses rose to $208.1 million.

Following the announcement, Axsome Therapeutics' share price was up about 1.1% at $215 in morning trading.

Axsome ended June with $319.9 million in cash and cash equivalents and said it believes its financial resources are sufficient to fund operations until the company reaches positive cash flow.

The FDA accepted the AXS-12 New Drug Application with a May 1, 2027 PDUFA target date, while Axsome also initiated two Phase 3 ADHD studies evaluating solriamfetol.

The company continues Phase 3 development across several central nervous system indications while expanding commercialization of AUVELITY, SUNOSI and SYMBRAVO.
